About this property

Beach Colony West 9B - FREE BEACH SETUP March-October!

Beach Colony Resort West is the newest resort on the island of Navarre Beach. Our ocean-front condo offers a panoramic, unobstructed view of the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf and our white sand beaches. There is also a beautiful view of the Sound and the intercostal waterway from your balcony. Beach Colony Resort has the largest swimming pool on the Island.

We have chosen a 'Key West' design for the décor with your 'off the beach' comfort in mind. It is both fun and sassy.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, with a gulf view from your window! In addition, it also includes a separate shower. Even the bathroom has a spectacular view!

The Guest bedroom has two double beds and a new flat screen TV. There is also an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping room if needed.

The large round balcony is a focal point of the design of the condo and a favorite spot for our guests. We have lots of room for dining and sunning. You can sit and watch the dolphins play and watch the goings of the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which is the longest fishing pier in Florida and the Gulf. The pier is a very short walk from the condo.

You will have all of the kitchen essentials you need. It includes an air fryer and everything is top of the line!

We also have assigned covered parking convenient to the building. You have full access to the exercise room and to the barbeque grills.

Our resort is situated between two parks, the National Seashore to the west, where you will see abundant wildlife including, herons, pelicans, dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, and various shore birds. We have an ideal location to spend an uncomplicated and family friendly beach vacation.

We live on the island very close by and are hands on for the needs of our guests. We hope you come and see why we call this little sliver of paradise our home!

This place was great! It was our first time staying here, and would definitely consider returning. The room was clean and everything was as described. Extra sand/beach toys in the laundry room for the kiddos. Plenty of storage space and the balcony view was spectacular. The pool was huge and we didn't have to worry about lack of chairs to lounge in. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for whatever your needs may be. The only thing that I missed was having a recliner to be 'EXTRA' lazy in.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. Sue was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything it advertised plus some. We were excited there were some pool/beach items to use so we didn't need to go buy any! Great view on the balcony. Somethings could be updated and wouldn't cost much. Toilet in master suite had chipped painting. Outdoor table looked very dirty. Furniture in the living room was a little rough. Overall great place to stay. Could just use a little bit of work to make it amazing!
