This first-floor condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and quick access to the pool, hot tub and beach for a relaxing vacation.

We take pride in our condo. This is a non-smoking building and we have a great cleaning crew who keep the condo in tip top shape. Just read our reviews!

Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, master bedroom or the balcony. This condo has direct access to the beach and beach service (daily chairs and umbrella setup) may be hired with payment to the beach service vendor.

The living room has comfortable leather seating for the entire family. A large flat screen TV with DVD player offer additional entertainment when skies are gray. The dining table has seating for 6, plus an additional 3 seats at the kitchen counter.

In the mood for a tasty boat drink or a bottle of wine over a romantic dinner. The wet bar off the dining area offers space to whip up whatever you prefer and keeps the kitchen clear for the chef. After all, it’s always 5 o'clock on the beach.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size sleigh bed, dressers, wood furnishings, flat screen TV, and closet. The private bath features a 6-ft. whirlpool tub and large walk in shower.

A large second bedroom has 2 full size beds, dresser, a large closet and flat screen TV. Another full bath is right outside the bedroom door. A pocket door separates this area from the main living space for additional privacy.

A large balcony overlooks the pool and offers 180° views of the Gulf of Mexico.

On site condo maintained amenities include 2 pools (one heated in the winter), hot tub and a well-equipped fitness center. There is also 3.5 mile walking/bike path across the street. Daily beach setup service is available on site for an additional fee from the beach vendor. Our condo is within walking distance to the convenience store, marine park and snorkel reef, island restaurants, bars and Florida's longest fishing pier. The host was very welcoming! We initially had trouble with the door code due to Wi-Fi issues. Jennie responded to me right away and was able to solve the problem. She was also very helpful prior to our trip. She answered multiple questions we had about accessible things for our daughter and good places to go. The building was right on the beach. Our room had everything we needed including things for the beach.. chairs toys, beach chairs ect. It also had two pool and a hot tub. We would definitely go back!

This was a perfect place for our family. We were on the first floor right above the pool to watch our kiddos feom our balcony if we chose to. One flight down to the pool and steps to the beach! Perfect views of the ocean. Jennie was quick to realond to any and every question we had. Definitely recommend this to families in the future.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

This condo has a great use of space. Enough space for kids and parents. The condo does need some touch up painting. Lots of wear and tear, but we enjoyed our stay. The fitness center equipment needs updated.

My Dad and I bought this condo for him after my mom passed away in 2016. My dad was ready to ditch the snow up north and move down here to be close to family. In order to be able to supplement his retirement, we rent it out at certain times. My Dad lives with us during the rental period. (Our dogs gain about 10 lbs. when he is here).

Why they chose this property

Because my Dad loved it. He wanted a place on the water where he could go fishing and didn't have to maintain a house, do yard work or shovel snow. We looked at several condos on the beach, but when he walked in this one he didn't even look at the bedrooms before he announced "This is it. I want it". He just sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. He knew he had found his Florida home.

What makes this property unique

This is our home and we manage it as such. No third party to deal with. We live about 15 minutes away and personally handle most issues inside the unit very quickly. The Pearl of Navarre is one of the best managed and maintained properties on the beach. All the amenities are well cared for and the staff is wonderful. No shortcuts. Issues are fixed properly and the grounds are top notch.
