The host was great and even let us know that we could check in early! Loved this unit bring the closest one to the beach boardwalk! Check in was effortless and check out instructions were simple as well! Will definitely be back!

Great area

This is the closest unit to the beach, which is why it's my favorite. Place is clean, has enough amenities to last your stay.

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back! We absolutely love Navarre Beach and we love the comfort of staying in a condo. So much fun!

Great Location!

This was the second time our family of four has stayed in this property when visiting Navarre. It's a no-frills townhome that has everything you need, unbeatable location to the beach, and at the right price. This will continue to be one of the first properties we check for our annual trip to Navarre.

Summer Beach Trip

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and close to the beach! Love the shower and hose right outside to clean up beach toys and feet! The pool was great on the double red flag day. I would recommend this townhouse for families looking for a beach trip!

This place was so convenient to the beach. It was so easy getting the family including toddlers to the sandy shores! The townhouse has everything you need for your stay. The host Angela was so quick to respond to me. We asked to extend our stay twice and she accommodated us without hesitation. It has the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, too! Thanks again Angie!

We have stayed here multiple time and have always enjoyed our stay. The condo is in the perfect location and easy access to beach. I’ve never had to buy extra things to stay here, all our needs were met. The property owner has always worked with us if something came up. Would recommend to anyone for short stay or longer.

Excellent location! Second time staying at Sugar Beach properties, first time at this property. Being the closest 2 bedroom to the beach was awesome. The unit was clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out as needed. We have 3 kids, so the surprise pull out couch was a lovely discovery (but could use a bigger sheet) and very much appreciated. My kids were happy to not have to share a bed! It has plenty of dishware and whatnot for a family of 5-6 if you cook on vacation (which we normally do), but also has enough empty cabinet space for groceries...which is always appreciated. The crockpot in the kitchen was another much appreciated discovery! The teenagers also enjoyed making smoothies with the blender. This property is appropriately stocked for a family of 5-6 in regard to furniture and seating in all of the living spaces, which is ridiculously important and often missed...So thank you for that! We had a lovely time in your vacation property. Thank you for the opportunity!

Paradise for families

This townhome is perfection for comfort, close beach access, and relaxation. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and have never had such a short, easy walk to the beach. Shower & hose out front made sand removal a breeze. The emerald coast is beautiful and this stretch of beaches is absolute paradise. 10/10 recommend!

Great Stay!

My family has stayed in these condo units for several years now, and we were excited to get the unit closest to the beach this year! The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. While our stay was fantastic, it's worth noting that there were no beach chairs or beach towels provided, as we've found in the other units. So, I would recommend future guests bring their own to fully enjoy the beautiful beach. Despite this minor consideration, our overall experience was absolutely wonderful. We LOVE Sugar Beach and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.
