Really nice community really quiet and calm we love the pool and love the way it was just about 7 min walk to the beach. We dint pack any beach supplies they had everything the house was nice and clean the rooms were great size

We all loooooooved Glenda’s townhome on the sound side with a pool out the front door, the sound/beach area a few feet from the balcony and the Gulf across the street!!! Everyone is ready and wanted to go back again next month!!! If you have never booked a townhouse before…shhhhhh! I won’t tell you about all of the space and convenience that you are missing as well as time saved packing extra items and then having to drag it to your spot on the beach. SMH! Keep booking those boring one level multi rise condos that are a “2 days walk” from your space in the sky! Lol! We don’t miss that at all!! Now we did have a hiccup w the dryer but Glenda got the repair main out ASAP and got it running again. Whenever I had a question prior to or after arrival she came through with an answer within the hour. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND BOOK AGAIN!!! Thanks, Glenda!!!

Perfect Vacation

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location a PERFECT and the townhome had everything we needed. We spent more time on the sound than the gulf. Water on the sound side was calm and perfect. Plus, it’s literally right outside your back door. The area is quiet and calm with a relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, everything you need.

Spacious unit, great balcony, movie-sized modern TV, well equipped for outdoor activities and we loved the dock access and the nearby pier. Tranquil sections of Gulf beaches best accessed by 2 minute car ride (easy parking).

Great location

The house is very nice. The garage was full of beach toys including kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad. The dock was great for fishing with the kids and beach access if very close.

Great Home and perfect location

Plenty of room, loved the pool, the dock was great for fishing whenever you wanted to, home well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and kayaks. Short walk to beach and pier. Love the calm small community feel of this place. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Glenda for a wonderful vacation!!!

Wonderful vacation

Condo location was perfect. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. This is a small quiet complex. The only downfall was some of the neighbors who live here full time were not so friendly. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice stay!

We had a nice stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. There was a variety of pool and beach gear available for use in the garage. The pool was lovely and never too crowded. The resident neighbors were friendly. Beach, pier, souvenir shops, food, and gas station are within walking distance.

Convenient & Comfy & Clean

This is a well maintained, very clean, very spacious property with the kindest owner. The pool is just off the back deck and the boat slip as well. The beach is a walk across the street. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Pensacola or Destin. There are some interior steps but we didn’t mind.

Great stay in Navarre Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Navarre Beach. The home was very roomy and clean. The house was also full of all sorts of things we did not plan on it having. Towels, Bikes, Beach things, etc. The little Beach, the pool, and the dock were all very nice amenities. Exceeding our expectations! Had a wonderful time and look forward to making a return visit!

Great place close to the beach and steps from the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay the house was very nice and had everything you could need for the beach or down at pool. The pool is steps out the back door and the beach is a short 5min walk across street, if you want you a more relaxed beach drive west about 10min to opal beach at the park and get you a 25$ pass for a week well worth it. Ms Glenda was very great about answering any questions right away and was always on top of things. We loved our stay and will be back next year for shore if we dont buy a place before then.

Absolute Perfection

This was our second trip to Navarre, this townhome was so wonderful. The location was prime, so close to a private beach on the sound. Plenty of room in the spacious house, will all the things you could possibly need. The owner was also so great a communicating quickly and was so helpful. We look forward to coming back and staying here agian! 10/10 if we could give mroe than 5 stars we would!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at this townhouse. We had 4 adults and 3 children. This townhome has everything you need! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach wagon. We loved the pool, the bay side small beach and were really close to the gulf side too. We were not able to swim on the gulf side because the waves were rough so we really enjoyed the fact that we had a pool and a bay side to swim in! We loved being able to spread out with all the space. Great communication with the owner! We will stay here again if we can.

Exactly as advertised

The place was very clean, looks just as advertised, stocked with plenty of beach equipment, we even added a few pieces. The neighbors are great, the private beach is just steps from the deck, and the pier is great if you want to fish. The only regret is that the pool is still under repair from a hurricane, but that's not the owner's fault. The kitchen and grill are great if you like cooking out. And the morning view from the decks are a great view. I Will definitely use this place when visiting in the future, And would rank higher than a 5 if i could!!

We were very happy with the location of the condo as to distance to the bay, the pool, the beach, and the pier. Unfortunately the AC went out on our second day and the condo 87 degrees when we returned that evening and Glenda had the repair guy there by 1pm the next day. Great response! However we did feel like the exit cleaning responsibilities list was a lot considering the amount of the cleaning fee charged.

Great location, Bay Beach is perfect for kids and adults to relax

The house is a townhouse, and it’s little bay beach just yards from the back deck was the highlight of our trip, as the ocean had red flags and double red flags out all week. My kids had a blast catching fish and floating around, digging in the sand . It was very quiet and peaceful as we were the only people there most days. The house was clean and check in was easy. It’s well appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and beach towels. There is also a pack n play and high chair which we didn’t use as we brought our own, but are in the closets there. Glenda was very responsive to questions. There are lots of beach and bay things to borrow in the garage which is great. You can easily walk to the beach, but the closest public access does have quite a few stairs if you’re bringing a wagon. But everything else to walk to nearby is easy. You do need to wash all the towels yourself as well, so plan that into your evening the day before/morning of check out. My only complaint for the week was the construction going on in the unit next door was unbelievably loud. We tried to watch a movie one rainy day in the living room and had to give up and go watch upstairs in the master to escape the noise. The next day my 2 year old woke up about 30 min into a normal 2 hour nap because it was too loud. Our last breakfast at the house was accompanied by very loud hammering which did not stop while we packed up our stuff and loaded the car. I realize construction next door is out of the control of the property owners, and Glenda did try to help by contacting the other owners, but it really was a big drawback for us during our stay. Without the construction it would have been the perfect stay!

We are the Hayes Family. My husband and I purchased this home in the 80's when our children were young. We have spent many summer vacations with family here over the years. Our children and their friends roamed the beaches fishing/crabbing, waterskiing and all other activities. Now we are enjoying it with our grandchild and adult children.

When we purchased in Navarre, the island was still relatively undeveloped and we loved the amenties that the community offered.
