Walk to Downtown + Bay Beach Park

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is walkable to a bay beach called Bruce Beach that features a kid's park, The Blue Wahoos Stadium, a local fish market called Joe Patti's, and Palafox Street’s boutiques/ trendy restaurants. Pensacola Beach, the main beach, is a 15 min scenic drive away. Young Families - We provide a high chair, a full size crib, sand toys and books to keep your children entertained. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features a large flat-screen TV with all the apps to log into. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms all feature comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a private balcony. The bedroom across the hall has a queen-over-queen bunk bed (max on top bunk 300lb) and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom (downstairs), has a queen bed and a bathroom just next door.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The washer & dryer is located upstairs and is fully accessible to guests. We provide a starter pack of laundry pods there, an iron/ironing board, and beach towels. The beach towels must be washed and dried by guests before check out.

BACKYARD
The fenced in backyard features a fire pit and a grassy area. Only real firewood please (no pallets, trash or cig buds).

PARKING
Two parking spots are in the back of the house and you will enter through the gate, into the backyard. All other vehicles must park on the street.

FAMILIES W/KIDS: We provide a high chair, a full size crib, a sound machine, a baby monitor, sand toys, toys, books, ect.

PETS: We are now accepting dogs (no cats please due to our allergies)! If you plan to leave them at the house alone, they must be in a crate to avoid damage to our property. We provide a little basket with doggy items that will help keep it clean during their stay. Pet fee is $25 per day, per dog, up to 2 dogs.

NOTE:
Our property is in Florida, which is a tropical environment. You may see wildlife including squirrel, possum, birds, heron. You may also see insects, bugs, bats, snakes, ants, bees, wasps, spiders, raccoon, and other creatures that call Florida their home. We do have an pest control company treat our property regularly. However, if you encounter an insect or ant that finds it's way inside, please feel free to dispose of it or catch and release it to the outside world (your choice). Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to normal creature sightings.
