With two complete bedrooms, this lovely resort condo is the perfect place to celebrate a vacation to the Gulf of Mexico with someone you love! Kick back in the shared pool after a long hot-weather hike then take the elevator up to easily access this fifth-floor suite. The living room is bright and spacious, with balcony access and a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite movies and shows. You'll love the resort's direct beach access, especially when you want to take those long walks along the shoreline.

Things to Know
The Tradewinds condominium building is under renovations for the upcoming months. Workers will be on site during daytime hours. Excessive noise may be heard during the daytime. Parking may be limited as equipment is moved around the building. Access into units may be required for work or inspections. Amenities may be closed at any time. Work may be delayed due to weather. The pool is expected to be closed until Spring 2024 at least. Guests will be notified of specific updates as they become available to Vacasa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Simple and Quaint

Simple and quaint place to stay. The space is older, but nice. The bedding could definitely use an upgrade though. Great beach access.

Overall my husband and I give this condo 5 stars. The balcony view alone is unbelievable! The condo was very clean especially the floors! It was a very pleasant stay.

Great location!

This condo is in a perfect location to all of the happenings. Its just steps from the ocean and in walking distance of great restaurants. Checkin was easy! There aren't any humans to deal with when you get there. Just plug in your key code to the door of your condo. This condo over looks the pool area too. My only 2 negatives were a smell in the condo and no actual blankets to sleep with. There was a strong musty odor as soon as you open the door. It wasn't an un clean smell just musty and STRONG. There also was not any blankets on the beds. There was a heavy silk "sheet" that was on top of all the beds. Luckily I brought a blanket from home, but it was only one blanket and there were 4 of us. Overall it was a clean condo with a perfect location to boot. I would stay here again.
