In comforting hues that inspire thoughts of the surf and sand, this contemporary one-bedroom, one-bath condo in Perdido Key can accommodate up to six people.

The cheerful green walls and fish decor provide a welcoming atmosphere for your group.

There's a queen bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a set of tucked-away berth bunks perfect for the kids.

There are tile floors throughout, and a private balcony just off the living area.

The complex comes with an outdoor pool that's heated during the winter months, a barbecue station and an exercise room. A boardwalk to the beach makes accessing the sparkling-white, powder-soft sand and emerald-green surf a breeze. Wash off the salt and sand at the outdoor shower station before heading back inside.

Golfers and nature lovers will delight in this condo's proximity to Lost Key Golf and Beach Club, Big Lagoon State Park and Perdido Key State Park.

This property is undergoing construction as the rebuilding process continues after Hurricane Sally. The amenities for this vacation rental may not be open during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beach front was nice but room itself needs updating. Bedroom queen bed was very outdated and mattresses extremely hard and worn out. Carpet in living room was extremely dirty. Sofa bed does not unfold. Needs reparing. Other than the room the location is percise and nice local area.

Improvements needed

We loved the balcony view! The interior beachy colors were great. The sliding glass door track desperately needs some WD 40 as it’s extremely hard to close. All doors to include refrigerator need WD 40 they are loud and very squeaky. The lighting throughout interior is poor. Some electrical outlets are in poor condition. The large burner on stove doesn’t work. There are no potholders in kitchen to use when removing hot food from oven. Upon arrival the floors were not clean and the countertops were sticky. I was informed that it was cooled by central air instead of the pictured wall units. This information is false as it is in fact cooled by the wall units. They do cool it sufficiently though. The living area furniture and rug could be updated. Wonderful balcony view!

I am rating this property average because it has a very good location and easy access to the beach. The pool was nice also. It is however not maintained inside. There were quite a few things that were broken: many of plugs, mold forming on the bathroom ceiling, busted drawers, and just not very well maintained. We also had to buy air fresheners for the smell. We would not choose to stay there again.
