Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect place for a little family getaway. I stayed here with my twin 12 year olds and elderly mother. The property was perfect, allowed us to cook and veg out. The kids could swim across the driveway and I could see them from the property. The easement that allows you to use the major crosswalk for beach access worked great for kids and elderly. It was a perfect stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice location close to the beach

The experience was good in general. The property was clean in general. The toilet and sink in the downstairs half bath were a bit wobbly. The showers should be re-grouted where there are cracks and scrubbed so that the grout is of uniformly clean appearance. The location was great and convenient in terms of proximity to the beach, markets, highways, etc.

Nice stay but not the cleanest

I would stay here again due to the reasonable price for to the comfort level. Unfortunately there were a lot of gnat-like bugs in the bathroom of the single queen bedroom and the larger bedroom’s shower had draining issues. The handle on the downstairs bathroom door would fall off anytime you tried to use it and there was leftover garbage from the previous stay, which I thought was only on the couch, but was also under the bed. It’s a very nice community with good privacy and not too far from the beach. Overall I’d recommend it, but not to someone who values cleanliness above all else.
