Seas the Day - Beachside Condo 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This condo is our home away from home and is perfect for a family or group to simply relax with the sand and water just steps away.

Perdido Dunes was fully renovated following hurricane Sally with new paint, etc!
The space
We know that you are here to have fun with your family and friends, so on the front porch you will find a Toy-chest that is stocked with beach chairs and toys! Please feel free to use whatever is in the chest but please replace it when done! Each stay comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 1 dishwashing pod and 2 trash bags.

Travel:
Perdido Dunes is located on Perdido Beach BLVD and is a small 2 story building in between the Pheonix East and Pheonix 8.

Parking:
There is one designated parking spot for our unit which is directly in front of the unit. Please note that there are only a handful of extra parking sports on the property and are first come first serve. Vehicles parked in another units parking spot are subject to being towed.

Your check-in time is 4pm and you will have a time sensitive code to put in the keypad to enter each time. The code becomes active at 4pm on check-in date and expires at 10am on your checkout date. So, make sure all your belongings are out of the condo by 10am checkout date!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out the trash and all personal belongings, strip all the beds that were used, load and start the dishwasher and start the towels onto wash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s just steps from the beach, and we appreciated how close it was to restaurants and shops while still being peaceful at night. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. She let us know that the dishwasher was recently broken and was kind enough to drop off some paper plates/bowls and utensils so we weren't constantly washing dishes.The shower in the guest bathroom did drain quite slow, so my husband pulled out a ton of hair from it. The dryer also looked like the lint trap hadn't been cleaned out in quite so time, so he spent a good amount of time clearing as much of that out as possible. These weren't major issues though, something he deals with kind of regularly at home.We'll definitely book here again though next summer!
