You'll be within sight of the beach at this comfortable condo in North Ocean City, ideally located mere steps from the sand on the ocean block. Enjoy a balcony with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and a light-filled living space with central air conditioning. Other at-home comforts include a private washer/dryer to refresh your damp swimsuits at the end of the day and a full kitchen (with a dishwasher) to make cooking and clean-up a breeze.


This condo is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, barely up the ocean block from the beach. You'll be less than two blocks from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and just over a quarter-mile east of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
