This large house, with its 5 bedrooms, is the ideal setting for a family holiday, in the countryside, or to welcome professionals. It has kept its authenticity, with its antique furniture, embroidered sheets, and old earthenware, but offers modern comfort and equipment. Adjoining the owner's sister's home and a year-round rental, the Gîte de Lauriol is however completely independent and benefits from a terrace not overlooked (barnum, large garden furniture, electric plancha) and an unenclosed garden with trees and flowers. Pets allowed. Possibility of welcoming cyclists (room available). Just 2km from Cazères (all shops/services), you will enjoy the swimming pool, the nautical center, the Garonne cycle path or the hikes on the Via Garona, On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining area, large living room (dining room and lounge with fireplace), bedroom-office with direct access to the terrace (BZ for 2 people in 140cm with adjoining and private shower room/WC (washing machine)), separate WC with washbasin on the hallway. The upper floor is served by two staircases. The main staircase leads to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each comprising 1 double bed in 140cm + 1 single bed in 90cm, as well as a bathroom. Bedroom 3 (1 double bed in 140cm) communicates with Bedroom 2 (adjoining bedrooms) but is also accessible by a secondary staircase to be independent. Room 4 is a small room for 1 person (1 bed 120cm) at the top of the secondary staircase, which must be crossed to access Room 3. Electric auxiliary heating. Wifi internet connection (fiber), baby equipment on request. TELEWORKING: provision of an office (proximity of an electrical outlet for connecting a laptop, desk lamp, extension cord and power strip on request). Fiber internet connection (wifi). 4G telephone coverage. Operator: Free Semi-detached but independent cottage with large private unfenced flower garden, beautiful terrace. Ideal for families or business trips, in a quiet area, in the countryside!
