Through the high trees of life there is a screen to the street.
Minimum age for children from 5 years.
Quiet location with pure nature. To the beach 5 km, Salzhaff 3 km. Shops, Bank, Doctor: Distance 5 km.
Larger cities, Ostseebad Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm (G 8 summit), Rostock, Hanseatic city of Wismar.
Arrival from 16:00 clock or by individual agreement.
Departure until 09:30.
Deposit during the heating period 75,00 € / week, otherwise 1 week 50,00 €, 2 weeks 100,00 €. Electricity, water, sewage and waste are charged separately as additional costs.
Hidden and not immediately visible defects or damage to the rental property and the inventory are to be notified by the tenant without request on the departure day!
If the deposit is refused on the day of arrival, this is considered a withdrawal from the lease!
