Our holiday house is situated in Uffenheim, a small town in Franconia, Bavaria. This town is not far from the mountains of the Steigerwald. This place is excellently appropriate for excursions to Rothenburg, Bad Windsheim, Würzburg, Bamberg and Nürnberg. Even the lovely valley of the river Tauber is very near.In this area there are a lot of festivals showing the live in the middle age. Our holiday house has about 100 qm. You will have a comfortable living room, a kitchen, a shower and toilet, a great sleeping room, 2 further small sleeping rooms. In the small yard there grows wine and you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the Franconian culinary specialities. Several super markets, bakeries and butchers shops are nearby.In autumn the harvest of the frankonian grapes beginns. In this time you can find in many villages along the river Main festivals for tasting te "FRANKEN-wine" and barbecues.
