Villa "Westfalia" apartment 2

The Villa "Westfalia" is a classicist building built in 1880, which was renovated in 1996. It is located in the center of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf in the immediate center area. It is only a few meters to the beach, the promenade and the Heringsdorf pier. Shops and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The top floor apartment captivates with its unique slopes and roof beams. The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa set, large flat screen TV with DVD and CD / radio. Open to the living area is the kitchenette, equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dining table for 4 people. You can reach the two bedrooms and the bathroom via the hallway. In the first bedroom there are two 90cm x 200cm single beds as well as a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm box spring bed and a separate wardrobe. The large bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Your own parking space is located directly at the house on the property.

Die Unterkunft ist schön nur die Dachschrägen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig da eine hohe Stossgefahr besteht. Geschäfte und Wasser sind nicht weit. Man kann sehr schön Fahrrad fahren auch die Radewege in Polen sind gut ausgeschildert. Urlaub an der Ostsse ist immer wieder schön.

Fenster im Bad lässt sich nicht öffnen und ist undicht. Heizung hinter dem Sofa muss entlüften werden Gesamteindruck aber sehr gut. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Den Zustand der Dachgechosswohnung würde ich insgesamt zwischen 2-3 beurteilen . Die Küche ist Top . Der Wohnzimmerbereich eine 2 . Der Schlafbereich auch eine 2 . Das Bad 2-3 . Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war insgesamt zufriedenstellend . Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut . Man muss natürlich bei einer Dachgeschosswohnung im Sommer bedenken , das es sehr heiß werden kann . Ein Ventilator ist inklusive den wir auch sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen haben . Lüftung der Wohnung mittel der vorhandenen Fenster ist möglich aber bei Dunkelheit kommen natürlich die Mücken . Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut , die Seebrücke erreicht man in 2 min . Unsere 3 köpfige Familie hatte eine sehr schöne Woche in Heringsdorf .

Wohnung war sauber, nett eingerichtet.Schlafzimmer mit dem Boxspringbett war unmöglich.

Das die Zimmer eine so große Schräge hatten, war auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen.War ein guter Fotograf, meine Bilder sehen das anders. Für das kleine Schlafzimmer war das Boxspringbett zu groß und zu hoch. Da das Kippfenster direkt über den Köpfen lag, wehte der Wind einem direkt ins Gesicht, eine Erkältung war die Folge. Man mußte aufs Bett klettern um das Fenster zu öffnen. Für große Menschen durch die Höhe des Bettes und der sehr starken Schrägung waren Kopfstöße die Folge , man bekam Platzangst und und bei warmen Wetter keine Luft, es war nicht zum aushalten. Mein Mann schlief dann auf dem kleinen Sofa in dem größeren Raum. In der Sitzecke fehlte mindestens ein Sessel, sonst mußte die 4. Person auf dem Küchenstuhl sitzen. die Wohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene ,wie im Internet angegeben zu klein. Durch die starke Neigung der Decke waren Köpfstöße an der Tagesordnung. Da die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach liegt,ist sie sehr warm und schlecht zu belüften, bei Regenwetter geht gar nichts. Für ältere Leute oder kleine Kinder sind die 41 Stufen rauf und wieder runter, das ganze dreimal, zu bewältigen. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen drei Wochen da, und sind dann einen Tag früher nach Hause gefahren.Es war lange genug. Sonst war alles Nötige in der Wohnung vorhanden, auch Fernseher und Musikgeräte einwand frei. Das Wetter war traumhaft, der Strand und die Promenade lagen vor der Haustür. Restaurants und ein kleiner Edekamarkt war ganz in der Nähe. Es solte ein erholsamer Urlaub werden, aber durch die Gegebenheiten war nichts daraus geworden.
