This property is my ancestral home constructed before the World War 2.
It is also has a private fresh water pool.
Sitting on a 5 acre Coconut land a 3 bed roomed home which cam accommodate 7 persons, with wonderful green garden with plenty of free parking facility. Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by solar pv and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets and to the pantry.
Property is highly suitable for Kids and elderly

We thank Mel for selecting the place.
We have taken to consideration of the slipery carpet. We are sorry to nnote that Mel was unhappy that we only allowed one night for him additional guests than he registered and paid for. I believe Mel wss un happy that he we did not allow his big party which was against the local Covid-19 regulations.
We could not take a chance.
However Mel unfortunately failed to mention the better aspects of the place. Our Villa is very popular in other rental websites like Airbnb on which we are super hosts 9 times in a row.
We are sorry to note that Mel does not recommend the place to others . We respect that he is entitled to his opinion.

We assure complete cleanliness and pool is very well looked after. Please Villa is refurbished with all modern amenities also installed with a Standby Generator which could supply power during power outages.
If you decide to relax with children on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, then you will not find a better place than Dalawella beach which is only a 10 minutes walk away from Pahalagewatta Villa.
The children love running around in outdoors where they could regularly see wild animals and birds such as peacocks, monkeys, monitor lizards, mongooses, chipmunks, parrots and many others, with complete safety.
