Create a meal in our outdoor kitchen with local ingredients, then return to your 216 sq ft tiny house with modern amenities.
The mini kitchenette includes a fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. Outside, relax on your private patio or explore our common area. Dive into the new pool, stargaze from the hot tub, and enjoy games like Corn Hole. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen features a gas grill, 2 charcoal grills, and more.
Keep in mind that this location is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife coexists. Be aware of the presence of fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more that share this land with us. These are creatures you might encounter or hear outdoors, not inside. On occasion a hornet, ant, scorpion, grasshopper, etc. may make their way into the house. No refund will be given.

It's the perfect location for us. We are close enough to Seguin, San Marcos, and New Braunfels but yet we get to enjoy life in the country.
