Ganz ok

Insgesamt war es ok. Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Möbel zusammengestückelt und in keinem gutem Zustand. Die Matratzen waren in keinem gepflegten Zustand. Die Küche war dafür gut und auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Mit ein bisschen Investition würde man sich etwas wohler und als Gast auch wertgeschätzter fühlen. In den Ort würde ich erneut fahren. Die Wohnung würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

wohnen über einem Restaurant

wir wohnten in der ersten Etage direckt über einem Restaurant. Mit dem Balkon über dem Außenbereich. Der hatte bei unserer Ankunft das Markisendach geöffnet, es war als würden wir mit im Restaurant sitzen. Man konnte jedes Gespräch mitverfolgen und auf die Teller gucken. Morgens wurde das Restaurant ab 4:30 Uhr gereinigt, was ganz schön Krach gemacht hat. Wir sind davon jeden Morgen wach geworden. Insgesamt war es sehr laut, aber dafür wohnt man in der 1. Reihe. Die Wohnung war insgesamt praktische eingerichtet aber auch schon ganz schön abgenutzt. In der Küche gab es an Utensilien nur das Nötigste.

Perfekter Urlaub

Superschnelle Ferienwohnung mit Seitenblick zum Meer, Katzensprung zum Strand. Der Wohnung fehlt nichts, perfekt für Familie mit Kind. Tiefgarage und Aufzug sind vorhanden, zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen in der Nähe.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist neu und sehr hochwertig, mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler sowie TK-Fach ausgestattet, allerdings ließen Anzahl an Besteck und Geschirr zu wünschen übrig. Top Internet, top Lage, top Aufteilung! Das Radio hatte sehr schlechten Empfang und rauschte extrem. Der Sound des TV Geräts lädt nicht wirklich zu gemütlichen Fernsehabenden ein. Leider war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber. Duschtür schlierig, Fließen neben der Toilette stark verschmutzt, der Backofen, Blech und Rost waren nicht gereinigt und die schöne, große Balkontür war leider schon länger nicht geputzt worden und trübte die Aussicht. Unterm Sofa lag noch eine Zeitung vom 18.01.22….! Trotzdem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in Scharbeutz und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
