The modern and high-quality holiday apartment Strandvilla Augustusbad No. 14 offers 50 m² space for up to 3 people (a detailed description will follow shortly).

The Baltic Sea beach (approx. 300 m) and the pier can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The town center is approx. 250 m away. The promenade can be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll or a sporty bike ride. Ambitious golfers have two golf courses in the immediate vicinity and eight other golf courses in an area of approximately 25 km.

You live on the first floor with a 6 m² balcony. The kitchen offers upscale and complete equipment.

The apartment is divided into 1 living and dining room with a high-quality sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a high-quality box spring double bed (2 mx 2 m), 1 bathroom with shower & toilet and a furnished balcony.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist top und die Wohnung für 3 Personen plus Hund sehr geräumig. Der Einstellplatz fürs Auto lag direkt hinter dem Haus an der Treppe zur Tiefgarage. Zeitweise hatten wir starke Probleme mit dem großen Auto in die Parklücke zu kommen, wenn der PKW links zu weit rechts geparkt hat. Ein besonders Plus bekommt die Wohnung von uns für die Waschmaschine. Kleiner Nachteil - der Esstisch ist etwas zu klein, die Stühle sehr unbequem und wackelig. Vielleicht könnte hier etwas mehr Geld investiert werden :-)

Wiederholungswürdig

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus, das bereits beim Eintreten mit hellen und großzügigen Fluren punktet. Das Apartment im ersten Stockwerk war geräumig, Badezimmer (sehr geräumig und behindertengerecht) und Wohnküche waren neu und in guter Qualität ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügte über einen Balkon und einen geräumigen Abstellraum. Das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer (Kolonialstil) ist optisch sicher Geschmacksache, von der Sitz- und Liegequalität aber nicht zu beanstanden. Das Box-Spring-Bett im separaten Schlazimmer bot großzügig Platz und eine hohe Schlafqualität mit mittelharter Abstimmung der Matratze. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit einem Kind sicher auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten, die überwiegend durch den schönen Park gegangen werden können, von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Tatsächlich zu empfehlen!
