The perfect choice in any season, this fully renovated two-bedroom condo is located in the Timber Run community. Thoughtful upgrades include brand new appliances, two smart TVs, and completely remodeled bathrooms. The slopes are nearby - hop on the free city bus or walk approximately a half-mile to the base area.

Relax by the electric fireplace in the welcoming living area, fitted with a sofa bed and a 60-inch smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Dining is available for three at the kitchen bar and four at the table. Sip morning coffee on the patio with seating for two.

Had a great experience in Steamboat through Vacasa. Beautiful condo with easy access to the mountain through a shuttle and walking. Would 10/10 stay here again

PERFECT!!

Condo is newly renovated and beautiful! Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Living area and tv are just right. We stayed almost two weeks. We had plenty of towels and supplies. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Cute 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Steamboats ski town.

This condo was so nice! It was very nicely renovated and has everything you need for your stay. It’s super close to the base of the mountain so me and my friends were able to walk (10 mins) to explore the base of the mountain and all the restaurants and activities it had to offer. It’s also a short drive away from city market, Walmart, and other stores which makes it convenient to grab any essentials upon arrival. It’s also not far from downtown Steamboat. Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay and very conveniently located. Perfect for families or friend groups for a weekend getaway!

Decent but hot in the summer no a/c

Only issue is if there’s no A/c there should atleast be a ceiling fan. The little box fans were not enough we didn’t sleep much cuz we were sweating all night

Really Nice place with a couple issues

Really Nice place that has been fully remodeled. Very nice finishes in the remodeling. Great location and nice facilities with multiple outdoor hot tubs and a pool. The place was very clean and it had on demand tv from multiple services which was nice. There were a couple of issues. First the sliding bathroom doors in the master bathroom did not close fully or properly and this meant to have any privacy in the bathroom no one could be in the bedroom. Second the shuttle service to and from the ski mountain is terrible. There are not enough shuttles so you end up waiting forever and then they stop at the end of the day even if there is a large crowd still waiting to go back to timber run. One Day we had to pay another company to bring us back from the mountain and the other day we had to almost fight to get on the last shuttle

Close to the base of the mountain. Free shuttle that is about a 7 min ride to the base. Condo was super clean and easy access. City transportation is easy to use. No vehicle needed. We are a family of four and had plenty of space. Accommodating and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Quiet Condo

This is a great condo. The owners have done a great job of renovating the inside to be calm and relaxing. The condo is stocked with anything you might need. The furnishings are comfortable and inviting. With the bus stop just outside the door was a great way to travel around town without having to take a car and fight for parking. The pool and hot tubs were clean and well taken care of. I will be staying here again!

Great Place

We had a very nice stay at this property. A newly updated master suite was well done, but be warned of the double bathroom barn doors (kind of a pain and don't really close well) and the shower has no niche or caddy for shampoo/soap so i bought a large pump body wash to put on the floor. I didn't want my soap on the floor. The beds were super comfortable, and the place immaculate except a wine splatter on the kitchen tile which I am sure was an oversight of housekeeping. The rest of the place was so clean and organized, this was not a big deal. Super soft fluffy bath towels. Location is great too with a shuttle to the mountain. The pool and hot tubs are very close and easy to access. There are three hot tubs which is nice as well. Very nice pool towels too.

Perfect for Summer Trip!

We specifically chose this property because it was on the first floor (Steamboat was so hot this summer!) and because the pool looked nice. It came equipped with fans in each room, which is great if you can't bring your own. The pool area was pretty nice compared to most condos in the area and the hot tubs were fantastic! It was just enough space for 4 adults who were out of the condo adventuring most of the trip. Would stay again!

Great condo for a fun weekend in Steamboat

This was a great condo for a weekend away in Steamboat. Really great location and amenities were super fun (tennis courts, pool and hot tubs). Don't be scared away by the no AC as another reviewer mentioned - it get quite chilly at night even during the heat wave of summer while we were there and if you open the window and put the provided box fans blowing the cool air in, it gets nice and chilly in the condo and great for sleeping!!
