Risort haus ToMa

ToMa holiday house overlooks a courtyard of more than 4000 m2 and consist of four holiday apartments that can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people. The House has its own private beach, a tennis court and an outdoor pool.

All the apartments have fully equipped kitchens, indoor dining areas, living room areas, bathrooms with a shower and terraces.

On the beach there is a storehouse, for all the beach necessities, and a shower. Parasols and sunbeds are provided for our guests. A boat mooring is available.

Due to its hard surface, the tennis court is multifunctional, so besides tennis, basketball or other sports, such as badminton, can be played. There is also a tennis wall for those who wish to practice their shots.

Next to the tennis court there is a tennis house, where table football can be played and sporting equipment is stored, and a patio with a large barbecue and a ping pong table.

In the courtyard there are several other patios with large dining tables to enjoy your dinners.

By the pool, there is a 40 m2 lounge, with a bar, a refrigerator, a TV and a stereo system. The pool has a beautiful view of the island of Pag. Parasols, sunbeds and loungers are available for your use.

Vis-à-vis the pool, there is a covered terrace with dining tables, billiard and darts.

In the courtyard, there is also a common bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Wi-Fi is available and included in the price.

Pets are not allowed.

A1 apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a twin-sized bed, one with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the dishwasher and the microwave oven. In the living room area there is a sofa that can be used as a bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is on the first floor and has a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking sea view.

A2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a twin-sized bed and a sofa in the living room area that can be used as a bed for two. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the dishwasher and the microwave oven. The apartment is on the first floor, the terrace offers you a view of both the sea and the mountains.

A3 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a twin-sized bed and a sofa in the living room area that can be used as a bed for two. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the dishwasher and the microwave oven. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a nice shady terrace surrounded with trees and flowers but also has a wonderful sea and mountain view.

A4 apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a twin-sized bed, one with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the dishwasher and the microwave oven. In the living room area there is a sofa that can be used as a bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a terrace with glass walls and an adjacent garden table with a sea view.

Karlobag is a dazzling little maritime town, just 6 km away from the House. There you can find several small markets, cafés, restaurants and a post office. There is a possibility of organized boat trips to the island of Pag. Since Cesarica and Karlobag are in the Velebit foothill coast, amazing hiking trails are near at hand.

Sea is this area is crystal clear and perfect for all those who enjoy water sports, such as snorkeling and diving. In Karlobag there is a diving centre.

While staying in Cesarica, we recommend day trips to one of the Croatian amazing National parks - Northern Velebit NP and Zavratnica beach, Krka NP or Plitvice lakes. Whichever you choose will be an unforgettable experience. Islands of Rab and Pag, or a historical Dalmatian city Zadar, are also well worth exploring.
