I rented this apartment while visiting Algeria from June 11–26, but we arrived June 12 and could barely stay one night. The address was wrong, the photo was misleading, and it took hours to find the place. Once inside, I was shocked — one bedroom had no door, the bathroom smelled bad, and the “jacuzzi” was a joke! vinyl flooring (inside the “jacuzzi”). There were no basic essentials — no cups, plates, or utensils — and we had to call the host at 10:30 PM just to get cups. The worst part: after showering, a horrific sewage smell came up from the drain and overwhelmed the entire apartment. I messaged the host at 8 AM, and she said no plumber would be available that day but offered to move us to a studio — not acceptable for two people. I asked to cancel, and we left by 11:30 AM the next morning. The host refused a refund even though we stayed less than 12 hours and the place was clearly unlivable. Do not rent this unit — it’s not in rentable condition and was a horrible experience. The worst hosts and place I have ever experienced!!
