Cute little cottage, perfect for our girls trip. Communication with the host was easy. We rented a golf cart from Oceanside Village; that was more complicated than necessary but zero to do with the host but a necessity when renting this location.

Check in was not smooth the guard shack and main office were never given our info for arrival resulting in having to go back and forth 2 different days to get proper car tags and gate key. The pics in listing don’t reflect the outside house properly. The deck had many soft spots and completely loose boards which was disappointing as we were looking forward to spending our evenings there but didn’t want to chance being injured again. Front door and screen door locks are loose. Screen door installed in opposite direction of main door resulting in one of us visiting urgent care for 5 stitches. Owner needs to visit property and do some maintenance outside. Inside of house was ok. Was nice that owner allows dogs the community is very nice and the option to rent golf carts to ride around community and take to beach was nice too.

This was my first time visiting Surfside with my family of 5. The house was ready ahead of schedule which was extremely helpful after traveling with 3 littles. It was very clean & so inviting! Beyond Expectations

Pictures and description did not do our rental justice. The home is beautiful, and it was so easy to reach Sabra. The neighborhood was definitely family friendly and in a beautiful location. Being so close to the beach was an extra bonus. Will stay again!

This property has been in our family for 8 years. We use it for family vacations and holidays and also have a second property located on Falcon. With a large family of 10, we needed 2 houses to accommodate our time together.
