This beautiful, newly remodeled, spacious, 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home is set back on a large lot. Its located close to a major airport, highway, numerous restaurants and a shopping mall. Features include, stainless appliances, brand new flooring throughout. Large flat screen TV's, blazing fast Wi-Fi, fully fenced yard.
Just a short 15 minute drive to Midway Airport, 25 mins to O'Hare, and 30 mins to Downtown Chicago, its a perfect spot to get to just about everything!
A great retreat for families up to 10 people or business/work travelers.
Note:
- You must be 21 or older to book and provide a valid photo of your D.L. or State ID.
- In the summer we limit the AC to 72 because this home is older and not as well insulated as modern homes and it will damage the unit. To assist, we have either ceiling fans or floor fans in the bedrooms to help circulate the cool air.

Comfortable for families. If you have children, we have a pack n' play and a bin of children's toys (ages 3+), also children's dishes and a high chair.
Overall we have 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, an inflatable queen mattress, and a full sleeper sofa bed. Blackout curtains are in each bedroom. The remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer machine! 2 new bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Free private parking for 4 cars maximum.
Inside the home, the foyer opens up to a living room with restored hardwood flooring. Around the corner is a large dine in kitchen all done in brand new flooring, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Among the three bedrooms is a massive master suite with a King Bed, separate shower and tub with vanity sinks. The second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds.
All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, night lamps with USB outlets to charge phones and tablets, and large 4k HDTV's.
Note: The maximum house capacity is 10 people. No more than 10 are allowed in the house and they must all be on the booking contract. Unauthorized guests, parties, events or house rule violations such as smoking, will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of our guests as well as our neighbors.
