La Fenderie is in the heart of a property of 3.5 hectares of forest, meadows and the river "La Verzée" which crosses it with its waterfall.
You will be able to see, in the natural park, our 2 alpacas, Marcel the white and Maurice the brown.

To entertain you with family or friends, in the meadow, a bowling alley, a ping-pong table, a dartboard and various other games are at your disposal.
In the forest, you can take a quiet walk on the banks of the Verzée.

A car park at the entrance of the property is available to park all your cars.

The house welcomes you on the ground floor with a large fully equipped kitchen: oven, 3-burner induction hob, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a large fridge-freezer. Everything to serve you: toaster, Tassimo coffee maker and coffee maker with filters, blender.

The adjoining dining room has a wood-burning stove with a large farmhouse table for 8 to 10 people and a large extendable table for 15 seated people with decorative fireplace and two comfortable armchairs. An antique crockery service, cutlery and raclette machines are at your disposal.
