Recent stay - meh
The air conditioning never worked properly. The bunk bed mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable. The children complained. The deck was dirty. We had to wipe everything off to sit at the tables. I messaged the property manager and no response.

I am a local Realtor that was born and raised in Georgia. I love all things real estate and was very excited to have the opportunity to buy a house in Big Canoe with my sister and her husband! My sister's husband, Jay, was life guard at the swimming pool in Big Canoe as a teenager. Big Canoe has our heart! We hope you enjoy this magical place as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love that there is enough room for up to 12 people to stay the night. We also love the open concept in the living, kitchen and dining area and the large back deck. Since there is room for only 2 cars to park at the house, it is very helpful that the playground is so close with extra parking.

What makes this property unique

Lots of beds, open concept, great outdoor entertaining area, close to a lot of amenities!
