This delightful 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home is situated in the Laurel Ridge community of Big Canoe which is the centralized location of the resort. The home offers a partially screened in back deck with a large TV and ample open space on the main level which also includes a large hot tub. The home has two stone fireplaces, several TVs on each level, a beautiful kitchen, and a dining space with a gallery of windows which showcase a beautiful view. This home is well maintained, and has new appliances and refinished hardwoods.
Big Canoe is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Jasper, Ball Ground, 40 minutes from Ellijay, and less than an hour to Blue Ridge. There are several wineries nearby to explore as well.
RESORT PERKS (add'l fee may apply, paid on-site): Golf course, tennis court, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, outdoor and indoor pool, hiking trail network, lake access w/ paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, stand up paddleboards and beach, fitness center, shopping and dining, playground.
