About this property

A perfect family getaway & retreat in a beautiful cozy and comfortable 3bed/2bth modern farm cottage home on 1.10 acres. The outside boasts beautiful views, a hot tub , play structures, a vegetable/fruit garden and chicken coop to collect eggs. Relax and enjoy this spacious land. The inside of the home is tastefully decorated and very clean with added touches; cut wildflowers, coffee and bake goods from a local bakery upon arrival!

The home is set on 1.1 acres of wildflowers and fruit trees in bloom in summer and fall where you can enjoy outdoor picnics, playing in the yard, watching the garden grow where we provide food for our local community members with food insecurities. Your stay on our property is helping feed people in need. You can visit with the hens and collect eggs. In the winter it is a cozy place to warm up to by the gas burning stove and relax in the hot tub after a day of snow play. The living room has TV with ROKU, great reads on the shelf and games to play for kids and adults. It is a spacious kitchen and you can see the views outdoors. I will also provide grocery delivery or special items arranged to be there during your stay for an up-charge. The bathrooms are stocked with all natural shampoo, conditioner, shower wash and lotion. There is local coffee for the French press and teas to select from. You will also have a fresh baked something upon arrival from one of the local bakeries. Chocolates on your pillows too.
The house has a modern country feel, offering a little elbow room and the privacy we all want but only 6 minutes to Whole Foods, Costco, Lone Pine Coffee, Hablo Tacos, On Tap Food Truck Lot, Wilco farm store, 10 min. to Trader Joes and walking distance to Pine Nursery Park!
Please note that we will come to the property to care for hens, gardens, landscaping needs and hot tub maintenance. I will notify you prior to arrival.

Amazing Quiet Stay

This is the perfect location to stay in Bend, especially if you have children. The backyard is the perfect; during the day the kids could just run around as they wanted playing on the play set and watching the chickens. Then in the evenings we would turn on the cute yard lights and have a perfect, quiet, peaceful spot away from things. There isn’t anyone behind the house, just a beautiful lot they do horse shows on, it feels like there are no neighbors. Where this lot is set on the street, there is never a car driving in front of the house, I mean seriously the quietest neighborhood ever. The play set is so big, two slides and a rock climbing wall. The chickens are very entertaining and also quiet. The house is beautifully decorated with so many small touches, fully equipped kitchen and an amazing open space. I cannot say enough good things about this stay! Nicole was an amazing host, so quick to respond. She left some AMAZING sourdough bread from a local baker along with some coffee. So very happy with our stay, we will be back and I cannot recommend it enough for families!

Charming Farmhouse Cottage

This property is a great home base for Bend exploration. It is conveniently located to stores, downtown and Mt. Bachelor. It's tastefully decorated and has a charming home feel. For winter it was great - short trip to the mountain, a hot tub for post slope relaxation and a stove for ambience. With the acreage, picnic table and firepit, I imagine it's an equally great location to enjoy the outdoors in the summer/fall/spring. All the logistics were easy and Nicole is very attentive. Highly recommend for your Bend vacation.

The kids did not want to leave!!

This was a great place for our son’s family! Our extended family was able to come in the evening for suppers out on the picnic table in the fabulous balmy weather!

Beautiful Property in Bend, OR

My family, including my 5 year old daughter, very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The outdoor area with the chickens, play structure, and hot tub is perfect for sunny Bend days (unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there, but we still enjoyed the hot tub). My daughter absolutely loved the play structure and chickens. Inside was clean and comfortable. There is no microwave, so plan accordingly if you're bringing food. Nicole provided detailed instructions and clear expectations, which I appreciated. Communication was excellent. We'll hopefully be back!

Loved this property!

We loved the space and items for kids! They had a chicken coup which we a source of entertainment for our kids, a giant play structure and plenty of room to roam. The house is beautifully updated and comfortable!
