DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS WE TAKE TWO DAYS BETWEEN GUEST FOR DEEP CLEANING.

Welcome to this warm, inviting home on the Eastside. Convenient location is 1 mile from the hospital district and only 30 minutes from the Mt Bachelor car park.
It's also convenient to 10 Barrel and other local breweries.
Relax in a comfortable sofa reading a book or enjoying free WiFi.
Not a party house (please review house rules) but the ideal home for up to 6 people. Dogs (2 max) allowed with pet fee.
We have a dig-proofed back yard for the safety of your pet.

The space

This Cozy House is comfortable for an intimate weekend, a small group of friends, or a family gathering. The kitchen is ready for cooking and offers enough dinning room seating for your group.
3 Bedrooms: 1 queen bed very comfortable Nectar Mattress and Pillows with master bath, second bedroom has 1 queen bed Nectar Mattress and pillows and the third bedroom 2 twin bed Nectar Mattress and pillows.
Each bedroom has a Roku Smart TV
*All bedding washed between each guest stay

2 Bathrooms: Master bath with shower, vanity cabinet with sink, toilet, you can find a hair dryer and a hair curler. Second bathroom with shower, vanity cabinet with sink, and toilet.

Living room: sectional sofa for 6 people, 42" Roku Smart TV, coffee table, ceiling fan and a decorative (not in use) pellet stove.

You will have the entire home with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals: coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, microwave, stove, walk-in pantry, fenced side and back yard, outdoor patio with table and chairs, garage with remote control for 1 car, off-street parking for 2 more cars, or maybe your boat.
The front door has a code lock for self check-in, enter the code provided then turn the knob.
The closet in the hall is locked with owners supplies.

We really love Bend and want you to have a great stay at our house.
Our site manager lives next door and can help out with any issues that can't be solved via email or phone, but please contact me through the listing first.

Other things to note

If you plan to bring your sweet pup (s), we appreciate it so much if you could send us a message to let us know. Pet fee will be added. The pet fee is $20 per dog per booking.
The dog must not be left unattended at the house unless in a crate and not barking. The dog may not be on the furniture at anytime
Fees will be charged for excess dirt, hair or stains that can not be removed on furniture, bedding & linens.
No smoking of any kind allowed in the house.
Our house is not appropriate for rowdy groups, events, or additional guests not in your party.

Allergy Warning: This house is pet friendly and guests often bring dogs and cats. Pets often carry environmental allergens (from their outdoor adventures) so this house may not be suitable for anyone with pet or environmental allergies.

We use air freshener in the rooms and floral detergent for the bed clothes, please let us know if you are sensitive to odors.

Great Bend getaway

Wonderful stay

We arrived to an awesome home that fit our needs. It was nice and toasty. When we arrived, the lock was easy to use and we were welcomed with a nice card. The kids chose their rooms and we began planning our weekend stay. The house is well-stocked with the basics. If you have pets, the yard looked amazing for your fur baby to roam. The kids enjoyed playing the tic-tac-toe (?) game outside. There are also infant toys and amenities available if needed. We will definitely be staying here again. Sandra and Morgan have made it a wonderful place to call it your home away from home.

Very comfortable home

We enjoyed the size of the house. The location was OK, just a little far out of Bend center. We had a few folks who are sensitive to odors and would suggest the owner not use the floral air fresheners through out the house. Pillows also had a heavy floral smell that we could have done without.

Welcoming

The property was clean and organized! The kitchen had everything to prepare meals but fell short on the silverware. Conveniently located close to restaurants and a wonderful park.

Great House!

I was looking for a pet friendly house with a fenced yard. I was going for an agility trial with my dogs and the ability to give them off leash time before and after was very important. The house was perfect for us and the friends that joined us to keep my husband entertained while I was doing dog stuff. The house is lovely and the beds comfortable. The owner very easy to communicate with and loved the check in and out timing. Gave my husband and friends the ability to relax a little on Sunday before having to pack up and leave while I was still doing dog stuff. :) Would definitely stay there again.
