This apartment has a history, as it was our first apartment, the one we lived in. We completely renovated it, making it functional and comfortable. You'll find an open-plan kitchen/living room fully equipped with: a combination refrigerator/freezer, a fan oven, a microwave, an induction hob, an electric kettle, a toaster, a raclette grill, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and a blender. Do you like to cook? We do, so you'll find basic cooking supplies in the cupboards: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, etc. In the laundry area, there's a washer-dryer with an 8-liter capacity. kg. The compact bathroom is perfectly functional and stylish. The living room allows you to relax while watching a film on the 4K UHD TV. The windowsill has been designed for comfortable seating. Regarding location: The apartment is ideally located 200m from the city centre and the main shopping street of Guebwiller, where you will find many local shops: shoe repair, laundry, clothing store, etc.
It is close to all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

On the nature side, there are two lovely wooded parks: Les Parc de la Marseillaise and de la Neuenbourg less than 200m away. The town of Guebwiller is also bordered by vineyards and forests offering beautiful hiking trails. 200m away, the Parc de la Marseillaise bus stop is the meeting point for numerous bus lines serving the surrounding towns and villages, as well as the train stations of Colmar, Mulhouse, Rouffach, and Bollwiller.
