Directly on the 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches' facing the Gulf of Mexico, this family resort in Panama City Beach, Florida is the ideal vacation destination. This upscale development includes 5 pools. A gulf front pool, indoor pool, indoor spa, tennis courts, on-site restaurant, general store, pool bar, and so much more.

Almost 1700 square feet of luxury, 3 bedroom 3 bath corner unit. This newly decorated 12th floor unit features everything you could possibly want to make your vacation one of many great memories. Up to two parking passes are available for additional purchase through separate vendor.

The bedrooms are large and far enough apart for privacy. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a large bathroom with garden tub and shower, sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony, and a Smart T.V. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, and both have Smart T.V.s and bathroom.

The very large balcony (300+ square feet) is a spectacular viewing area for the breathtaking sunsets, with table and chairs for eight (Dinner on the balcony, wonderful!).

The kitchen is equipped with complete dinnerware. The condo also has a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for six. There is a bar area in the kitchen with three bar stools for additional seating. Kitchen has an island. New washer and dryer for your use.

The living room features ample seating with a large sofa(folds out to queen-size bed) and love seat, a Smart T.V. Wet bar.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers some of the best amenities in the Panhandle. Come enjoy the life of luxury.

Condo was beautiful and suited our stay for the family. No complaints! The Majestic is always great and this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. Sue was easy to work with and answered every question I had. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Worst experience

After we paid he whole amount and one week before our vacation the owner told us we hat she is going to charge $200 extra for cleaning because we are 8 person despite of the cando was listed for 8 persons and she said if we don’t want to pay the 200 we can cancel and the money is non refundable. The owner has a camera on door if any body come to the condo she calls and tell you no body allow to be in the condo unless the people stays there, and when I told her he didn’t stay more than two minutes to pick a phone charger she said still not allowed. After our vacation she send a charge of $20 and said that we lost two pool bands and we send her a picture with all pands directly before we leave so she canceled the charge .And the way she is dealing and talking is so rude.

Amazing Condo with Amazing Views

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner. Susan was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This condo has completely been remodeled. Very clean, spacious and the most beautiful views from the balcony. Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare and cook meals. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and Walmart. We cannot wait to go back.

Spring Break 2022

Great communication with owner. She was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. The condo looks just like the pics. It is large and spacious. Beds and even the sofa bed 😀were very comfortable. All the tvs work 😀. Also each bedroom has its own bathroom and this is great with large families and/ or couples. Overall great time had by all and recommend without reservation. Would rent again!
