The house was great for a large group. It was open but everyone had their own space. Four cars were able to fit under the house. There were plenty of dishes and silverware with two dishwashers and two refrigerators and two microwaves. We had a great time!

We had an excellent time during our stay. Everything was absolutely amazing from the accommodations to the overall experience. The property was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. We truly enjoyed our time and created some great memories with family and friends.Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. Host was super responsive. One negative is that the air-conditioning air supply is not properly “balanced.” Some rooms, on the same thermostat, get too much air “proportionally” and some too little. Thus, hot and cold rooms. Need to use an airflow measuring device and re-balance and confirm with even room temperatures.

This beach house was spacious and the location cannot be beat! Literally steps to the beach! There were plenty of kitchen items to cook large meals for our big family. The property manager was ready to help with any questions we had. She responded immediately! There is plenty of parking. We rented bikes and enjoyed numerous bike rides around Morgantown. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. The listing advertises the home as handicap accessible; however, it is not wheelchair accessible. If you or someone in your group has mobility limitations or requires wheelchair access, I would recommend choosing a different property.In addition to the accessibility concerns, the home had several maintenance issues. There was a leak from the ceiling around the living room light fixture, and water from the upstairs shower leaked into the bathroom and one of the downstairs bedrooms. These problems made our stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about the condition of the home.We also experienced intermittent power outages during periods of rain. While I understand that weather-related electrical outages are outside the homeowner’s control, the accessibility issues and water leaks are not and should be addressed.Overall, the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing. If wheelchair accessibility is an important factor in your search, be aware that this home does not provide the level of accessibility that is advertised.

Great stay!

The house was extra spacious for our tennis team! The location was great! It will be nice when they finish the two houses in front of ours so the sand area in front of this house will be clean, but it was a nice view from our deck!

Get Place for a group trip

Beautiful House on the Beach

Beautifully decorated house on the beach, we enjoyed our stay whether we spent it on the beach or in the house. 4 Large King Size Bedrooms all have wonderful views of the beach. The kids Loved the 2 Bunks rooms, there was plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep.

Great accommodations for High School soccer team

Out boys high school soccer team and two coaches stayed here during a 4 day tournament in Foley. The location was perfect to give the boys access to the beach while secluded enough for the coaches to relax. The property is amazing and coach already wants to book it for next years tournament.

Great family vacation

The house is just as pictured and very clean! Beds were comfortable. We loved having 2 refrigerators and an ice maker. Easy access to the beach. Excellent property management!! We worked with Dee Dee who was amazing. We had an issue with a sink not draining. We texted Dee Dee, and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Would stay again!

Great for large families

Great layout for large gatherings. Good beach access and views. We were locked out upon arrival but manger was very quick to respond. Lots of covered parking.
