In this cottage you will be able to relax and unwind. The bed is a queen size. Amenities include a mini fridge, coffee pot, and toaster. Located in charming Oakley Idaho 14 miles from the world famous City of Rocks park. The Oakley Dam where the Idaho state walleye was caught. Independence Lake is just a beautiful hike away! Also located between 2 great hunting units. If you want to be the first one on the mountain stay with us! We are very pet friendly and love animals. Please pick up after your pets with the provided pet bags.

Owners called to personall check in on us before the stay. They upgraded us for free to their largest cottage. Everything was as advertised. My daughter and I had a nice relaxing evening. P. S. The Clark's Grocery makes the best supreme pizza I've had in a very very long time. So so worth it! Glad we stayed! Thanks Hales!

Rustic yet comfortable!

Stayed here for one night to attend a family funeral in May 2024. It was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed staying here. The owners are nice folks. Not having an indoor bathroom is not that big of a deal. There is an exterior sink and shower available.

Great for what it is.

It gives more of a camping kind of feel. I gre up camping so it was fine for me. I don't know that I would have minded the outhouse so much except my husband and I got food poisoning on our trip so it was a but of a hassle trying to frequently get out there in the middle of the night But that isn't the property owners fault, that was just our experience. The people are wonderfully kind and inviting! And the town is cute and beautiful.
