Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please DON'T strip the beds.
Double check the front door is locked
Food or drink that is unopened, can stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
"ANYTHING" broken, stolen, or permanently damaged or permanently stained will be charged to REPLACE the item. No exceptions!
ALL Trash MUST be removed BEFORE leaving ($50 - $100 Fine). Trash can located out side door of house and to the left.
PET Fine $200 per pet SMOKING (of Any Kind) INSIDE the house or by an open door, $300 Fine Parties are grounds for eviction an a $400 plus any damage.

Cheer Sport Cheerleading Competition

The place is awesome, very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. We were there for a Cheerleading Competition at the State Farm arena, the location was perfect. Our team came home in 2nd Silver medal, lost by 2.10th of a point from 1st place Gold. The house is in the downtown area, very close to HBCU Clark Atlanta & Moorehouse. There are several eateries close by and a WalMart less than 2 miles. Kelly is a marvelous host and will reply back to you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay again if we’re in Atlanta.

My family and I were in town for my son's birthday celebration, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kelly's beautiful home! The home is exactly like the pictures! She was available at any time, for any thing, and the location was perfect for getting around!

Communication is key. Kelly kept in constant contact with us. Any questions or concerns she’swas available to respond to. Her home was loaded with everything you needed. We followed every request to ensure her home wasn’t damaged. They property was worth it.

I'm a practicing Dental Hygienist who loves all that Atlanta & Florida has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy everything outdoors, specifically water skiing, biking, snow skiing and paddle boarding.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property for the sole purpose of using it as a short term rental. Sadly, when Covid hit all the new construction and gentrification came to a STOP, leaving me no choice but to move in.
This necessarily wasn't a bad thing as it gave me time to live in the house, experience the area, get to know the neighbors & Vine City. PLEASE NOTE, you "WILL" see homeless people as you drive in. Like most places near the city, you will have your share of Homeless People! This has no reflection on my home. Spencer Street NW itself is quiet, lit up and safe.
I have added some extras to the property (alarm system, 3 cameras, two strings of lights, 3 motion lights, a fence out back, expand the deck, add a side door with a side deck and cut out the closets in the bedrooms).
My backyard received a full facelift.

What makes this property unique

Atlanta's Hidden Treasure is extremely close to the City (downtown & midtown), and the house is fully equipped with everything needed for a fun vacation. Enjoy the private back deck with the fire pit, just in time for winter.
