Seaside villa with nice gardens. The upper villa apartment of 100 sqm that is for rent has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with a cosy fire place a bathroom and kitchen. Lush garden with a lounge, barbecue and dining area. Several green patios and barbecue areas are available. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood area.
The closest surrounding is of similar buildings. The gardens of the house are closed by hedges and fences.. Apple orchatds and beautiful hiking is close by. It is a respectable calm safe place with very nice people that know each other.
The house have all the fire fighting and warning gears expected of a house. The locks are of highest standards demanded by the insurance companies.
The villa is 350 m from the sea and a short walk to the restaurants in the Harbour, sandy beach, the Centercourt as well as Norrviken's gardens. Via beautiful Strandvägen the harbor is reached in 10 minutes Skansen's Rooftop Spa. Bike takes a couple of minutes ... Fully furnished and equipped with connecting parking spaces. Changeover day Sunday unless otherwise agreed.
