Njivice. The holiday apartment is situated on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property.
