Welcome to "La rivière Dore". Completely renovated in 2024, this lovely, cosy and warm studio is located on the ground floor of a building at the back of a courtyard, very quiet, less than 400 metres from the city centre. You can enjoy its large terrace by the Dordogne River. It is located a 5-minute walk from all amenities, restaurants, shops, newsagents, thermal baths, ice rink, bowling alley, cinema, and 1 minute (70m) from the free shuttles to the Sancy ski slopes. The accommodation: It consists of: - Entrance with closet and washing machine. - Living/dining/fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven/microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, etc.). Flat-screen TV, sofa, and access to the terrace. - Bedroom (storage bed 140x190cm, Closets and flat-screen TV). PGJyPg - Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. PGJyPg The studio has a private parking space behind a gate, and the residence offers a back courtyard and a shared ski locker. PGJyPg Ideal for 2 people, possibly with a child up to 3 years old (travel cot available). PGJyPg Pets not allowed. PGJyPg Non-smoking studio. PGJyPg Bed linen and towels, tea towels not provided. Duvets and pillows are available.
