The 53 sqm loft-style apartment is located in. 2 OG of the built in bath house style and in July 2005 completed multi-family apartment house. The apartment has three rooms, a shower room and two balconies. The apartment includes a spacious, accessible from the outside storage room (no. 12) on the ground floor, where you can store bicycles, beach toys or the like easily and located in front of the house car park (no. 11). The parking space is secured against unauthorized use, so that a near-beach, free parking is always safely available.

Apartment Marx:
The cozy, bright and friendly penthouse is located in the 2nd OG a built in bathrooms style apartment building in 2005.  The 53 square meter apartment has a spacious living area, two spatially separated bedrooms, each with easy-care laminate flooring and a large bathroom. At the entrance of the living area is a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator. Toaster, coffee maker, kettle and -for the quick cleaning zwischendurch- a vacuum cleaner are of course available. The living area has a spatially separated dining area are under a large window with panoramic and a generous sofa landscape that invites to stop and rest. Satellite TV, DVD player and mini stereo system are also provided. - Towels and sheets are not available, a dish towel is ready.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Super Lage

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Hundenestchen wäre noch super. Der Parkplatz ist etwas eng angelegt , schräg zu befahrende Parkplätze wären unkomplizierter befahrbar mit größerem Auto. Sonst alles top.

Sauberkeit mangelhaft, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage

Sauberkeit mangelhaft, insbesondere wenn man für 4 Personen bucht und das Ausziehbett für die 4. Person aber dermaßen verdreckt ist (Tierhaare, Krümel, Staub), dass eine Nutzung nur widerwillig möglich ist. Staub unter den Betten wurde anscheinend seit Monaten nicht entfernt. (Urin-?)Flecken auf fast allen Bettdecken… Dies sind alles Punkte, die auf die Vertragsfirma vor Ort zurückzuführen sind und der ansonsten sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung in sehr guter Lage negative Bewertungen bringen. Allerdings wird diese Wohnung in Bezug auf Sauberkeit schon seit Jahren zu Recht mangelhaft bewertet. Im Grunde entscheidet die besenreine Übergabe des Vormieters über die Sauberkeit vor Ort. Eine gründliche Reinigung zwischen den Vermietungen findet nicht statt.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und der Lage der Wohnung. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die Hundehaare auf der Couch. Es muss besser gereinigt werden. Sonst wären wir zufrieden.
