Nice place

It is a cute place and had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming. The bathroom was roomy and clean. One of the beds was sagging in the middle even though there was a memory foam mattress. We also had read a review that there was dog poop at the bottom of the stairs so we were careful about where we were walking. On our last day, we were returning at night and also walked through dog poop. The neighbor downstairs does not have her dog leashed. Thankfully, we smelled it right away and left our shoes outside. A sidewalk or paved area for parking would be helpful. Otherwise, it was quiet and perfect for our stay.

Wedding

I'm new at VRBO, so I was expecting a bit more communication between us and Michele. As is was everything turned out wonderful. This place was so cute, clean and welcoming. I would for sure recommend this place to all.

Dog poop

There were several piles of dog poop at the bottom of the stairs that we rolled our cooler in, walked through, and rolled our luggage through. My wife and daughter arrived late on Friday night and there was a male walking across the yard while they were unloading who scared them. When they walked upstairs the door was left unlocked and open. The knives were dirty, the shampoo and conditioner were used. The sheets had hair all over them.

Very cute! Perfect spot!

We were in town for a wedding and The location was perfect. Really nice neighborhood street, we walked over to Curwood Castle and the Shiawassee river one day and it took us no time. Super close to Foster's coffee downtown, Tim Hortons breakfast spot right around the corner. Michigan is awesome and the people are, as well! The place has a big kitchen which you really didn't use much but would have been nice had we needed it.
