Discover an exceptional holiday home, nestled on a private peninsula in the Marina 1 Residence, with its colourful waterfront houses, in an idyllic setting between lagoon, sea, and mountains. Beaches are a 7-minute walk away. Ideal for recharging with family or friends in a calm, peaceful, and secure environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. South-facing, pedestrian zone, no car traffic. Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided. One small and one large towel are included. An additional set of tableware can be provided for €15 per person. All types of pets are welcome. Two-story house with carefully chosen decor, combining modern comfort and a retro feel. Ground floor: - Entrance with closet and separate WC. - Fully equipped private kitchen, including all necessary crockery, a medium-sized fridge-freezer, a two-burner electric stove, a combination microwave, and a variety of coffee machines to suit all your preferences: filter coffee maker, capsule machine, or Turkish coffee maker. - Cosy living room with a sofa and comfortable armchairs for relaxing moments. Relaxation, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access to stay connected while enjoying your leisure time.
- A terrace located directly on the water's edge; a small pedestrian path separates the terrace from the lagoon. Comfortable sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the marina's tranquility, and a dining table for savouring your meals while admiring the view. On the ground floor: - A beautiful, welcoming bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, and wardrobe, overlooking the lagoon. - A charming little bedroom with two bunk beds. - A balcony with breathtaking views of the lagoon, the sea, and the mountains, and stunning sunrises over the sea. - A modern, fully renovated (2025) bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine to simplify your stay. Due to residence regulations, the accommodation does not have air conditioning, but... Portable fans and a ceiling fan in the living room are available to ensure maximum comfort. A private and secure parking space: Your car is just steps from the house for quick and easy access. The entrance to the residence is protected by a barrier, guaranteeing your peace of mind and the security of your vehicle. Arrival between 3 pm and 9 pm, departure between 8 am and 10 am. A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival (cash or credit card imprint, not charged). In July and August, rentals are only available by the week. However, exceptions may be made if a few days remain available.
