Location, Location, Location:

One of the highlights of this beautiful beach house is its location at the extreme west end of Galveston Island. Located at the westernmost tip of Galveston island, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this home is surrounded by water on three sides (The Gulf, Galveston Bay and San Luis Pass).

Much of the land on this part of the island has been designated as 'protected' areas for wildlife. The birding and other wildlife viewing is great. San Luis Pass is well known as the best fishing in the Galveston area and one of the top fishing spots on all of the Texas Coast, and it can be seen right out the window.
