Very good. Would have been better if AC didn't keep running when it was cold out (temp inside never got above 67) and microwave wirked better. Nice and clean.

Accomidations

The owner didn't tell me it was in a gravel pit. Fortunately his friend let me park my boat in his shop, which made it a pleasant stay.

I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience this may have caused. Typically there is minimal traffic through the yard. I was as shocked as you were. I had hoped with allowing you the use of my shop for you to tinker in your boat for hours would have been worth more then a 2 star review.
