Welcome to our holiday home starfish in the district Friedrichskoog on the North Sea. Semi-detached house. 3-star property by DTV criteria. Superbly located, family- and senior citizens, in part, very cozy with underfloor heating. Private garden area, children's play area. Sunbathing area, terrace, garden furniture, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, child-friendly equipment with cot, high chair, children's toilet seat, staircase downstairs, etc., central heating, parking space.

Holiday home starfish:
• Semi-detached house, size approx. 60 sqm, ground floor and 1. Floor (attic) • 1 living room with fitted kitchen unit (with dishwasher, oven, etc. • 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (attic) • 1 bedroom with double bed (ground floor) • Shower / WC (ground floor) • Sunbathing area, terrace, garden furniture, satellite TV, radio, WLAN, child-friendly equipment with cot, high chair, children's toilet seat, staircase downstairs etc., central heating, parking space. • Please bring bed linen and towels, but can also be rented from the landlord for a fee • Pets are not allowed • The living area is tiled and the bedrooms have laminate flooring • Washing machine can be shared with the Zintl family (next door).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Entspannter Urlaub 2021

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, außer die Nachbarschaft feiert eine Parkplatzparty. Die Ansprechpartner wohnen direkt nebenan und kümmern sich sofort, wenn man ein Problem meldet (z.B. Batterie von den Rauchmeldern leer usw.)

Wohlfühlen und Erholung pur.

Ab der ersten Minute haben wir uns in dem schnuckeligen Häuschen wohlgefühlt. Man spürt, dass es auch von der Eigentümerfamilie genutzt wird, da es eine persönliche Note besitzt und nicht nur rein zweckorientiert eingerichtet ist wie manch andere FW. Auch die Betreuerfamilie nebenan können wir nur lobend erwähnen. Es war ein rund rum gelungener Aufenthalt.
