Old traditional Basque farmhouse composed of 2 non-communicating lodgings offered here in a combined version for 10 people. PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL (dimensions 4 m x 8 m - Depth 1.50 m). Open from May to October. Secured by roller shutter. Salt treatment. Each lodging has a fitted kitchen and a living room on the ground floor. - Dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and induction hob - Connected TV - fiber internet connection - Laundry area/washing machine The living room of the 6-seater lodging can accommodate and gather at its table, the group of 10 people. On the floors in total, spread over the two lodgings: 5 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190, 4 beds 90x190, 1 bed 160). 4 showers and 5 toilets. Relaxation area on the mezzanine with games room (table football). Baby equipment. Beautiful services with beds made, towels provided, air conditioning, fiber internet connection. Reversible air conditioning heating in addition (meter reading). Private parking. Enclosed terrace 250 m2 including the swimming pool, sheltered south-facing terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, awning, gas plancha. Another terrace 250 m2 around the bowling alley. Courtyard closed by electric gate. Natural setting surrounded by meadows and Basque mountains. 8 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, near the GR10 (hiking trail) and 15 minutes from the Spanish border (ventas). Renovated sheepfold with all comforts, offering a breathtaking panorama of the mountains of the Basque Country, with private heated swimming pool and SPA. 5 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
