Located on the first floor of the residence with elevator access, this lovely one-bedroom apartment includes a private garage in the basement and comprises:
a living room with a flat-screen TV and sofa; a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher; a bedroom with a double bed (120 cm); a shower room; and a separate toilet. The apartment is ideally situated close to the sea and the city center.

This property is rented with its private garage located in the basement of the residence.

Pets are not allowed.
