The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres

Sundrop Acres Farm is a premier short term vacation rental located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. Our family hobby farm is set on almost 4 acres of land in Wellsville, just minutes from downtown historic Logan. The hillside house is surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains as well as the valley. Relax and unwind in one of our private guest suites while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and starlight nights.

The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres is a 1500 sq. ft. unit with a private, keyless entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the front porch facing the magnificent Wellsville Mountains. Step inside to be welcomed by the kitchenette/dining room. There is a large dining table for meals and game playing, a sink, countertop oven, refrigerator, Keurig, coffee maker, farm fresh eggs (seasonal), beverages, and snacks The ground floor also has a family room with sofas and an entertainment center full of books, games, DVDs, and puzzles. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are located UPSTAIRS on the second floor of the farmhouse and boast new premium mattresses with hypoallergenic covers and cases. Even the twin beds are comfy!

PLEASE NOTE: The Farmhouse has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It features a sink, xl countertop oven, electric griddle, refrigerator, microwaves, toaster, Keurig machine, coffee maker, crock pot, hot plates, and BBQ grill with burner.
*THERE ARE TWO separate rentals on the property. (The Farmhouse Rooms and The Beehive Basement Apartment) While each rental is private there may be times you see other guests. The owners may also be around working on projects and taking care of the animals. Say hello if you would like!!
**The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell which temporarily records motion. Also, the goats and chickens have a Ring floodlight with a camera. These are safety features to ensure the property and animals are safe and secure. Goats are notorious for escaping!

What a great spot! I regret only being able to stay for one night due to our travel schedule. Super clean, nice, and some great cache valley views. My kids loved all the animals running around outside, and communication with the host was outstanding!

My host was extremely helpful and friendly. She welcomed us early to have a look around to see if it would be meet our needs as well as provided alternative solutions for a place to meet. We absolutely loved our time at Sundrop Acres! The chickens and goats are so friendly and engaging. The view from each window is so beautiful. Jackie is an amazing hostess and the house has so many cozy nooks, you can’t help but feel relaxed. We especially loved the movie projector and DVD collection which includes several seasons of the Gilmore Girls and Disney favorites. Especially loved that it worked with very little effort - press play and you have your own movie theater inside. Also loved being able to play frisbee in the field and walking down the hill to play at the elementary school’s playground when school was closed. We were traveling with family age 76 to 7 with two teens in between. That’s quite a range of needs and everyone had a wonderful time! We loved being there in the Spring as the world renewed itself and help us to recharge, reconnect and renew our spirits as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved staying here. The house was very clean and decorated so nice. We loved feeding the goats and seeing the chickens and ducks. The owners were so nice - they left treats, fresh eggs and milk. They also gave us eggs to take home. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
