Decent stay for what we needed

We needed a place to stay while we were closing on our house, which this place was good for. My kids enjoyed the large backyard, the owner was very generous about allowing us an unexpected early check-in, and respectful of our time. However, the ovens dial is broken, so I guesstimated temperatures. I wouldn't say that 5 people could stay here comfortably, 4 at most. Also I would not consider their kitchen stocked for regular cooking/eating for 5; needs more plates/bowls, cutting board or two and maybe a colander.

Nice, clean, quiet, and dainty

This place looks literally brand new. Everything was very clean and neat. Quiet neighborhood. Had privacy. perfect for a very small group. Although the place is small, it was exactly and all that we needed. Roomie bedrooms. Small bathroom. Comfy beds. Cute decor. check in was super easy. Included parking. Host was easygoing and on point with communication. conveniently close to airport. not too far from downtown Atlanta. Definitely recommend.

My mother in law back was hurting we in up finding out there was only a box spring with a mattress cover over it. It was terrible floor was dirty felt like sand all over the floor covers had nappy balls all over it. Besides all that the area was peaceful. But we will never and Dont suggest this rental property. I deserve a refund my mother in law said

The advertisement for this property was a little misleading. We weren’t aware that the property was a duplex before booking and only a partial refund was available after we had booked. The neighborhood was not the best and the home had an odor. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper so we had to go out and buy our own. There was also a used bar of soap in the shower and the trash bins outside were filled to the brim. Also, it was an 25-40 minute drive to get into the city. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend if you are looking for something nice and that is close to the city. The host however, was super responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The price that we paid to stay at the property was not worth it at all.
