This classic mountain retreat is the perfect home away from home in Telluride. Enter via a short set of stairs into the spacious great room, where a cozy fireplace, comfortable living area, and fully equipped kitchen welcome your group. Start your mornings at the breakfast bar with a cup of coffee, or gather for a home-cooked meal at the dining table, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.

After a full day of adventure—whether hiking, skiing, or exploring town—unwind by the fireplace and settle in for a relaxing evening.

The second level features a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, complete with a separate soaking tub and shower. Continue upstairs to find two additional sleeping areas: a second king bedroom and an open loft with captain's bunks (twin over full), ideal for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom includes a convenient stacked washer and dryer.

We just loved this apartment. It was so convenient for getting into town and a 2 minute walk to the lift. Nice hot tub and gorgeous, clean, modern apartment. We lived cooking and hanging out there. We will stay again!

I recommend this condo. Close to lift 7 for 200 foot walk to lifts and short stroll to town. All walkable. Nice place and clean. Steam room in both showers a nice plus for after a day of strenuous skiing (as we did) or other mountain sports. Will look to stay here again when come to telluride.

GREAT location - literally 1 min walk (in ski boots) to Lift 7, and 3 minute walk to the beginning of the downtown attractions. Cozy condo with everything we needed. Super responsive property manager. Had one issue with leaking bathroom sink pipe; was fixed almost immediately.

We loved this condo. Great views, good location for skiing (short walk to lift 7) and the condo has been nicely redone. The property itself is a bit outdated, a fresh coat of paint and new carpet in the hallways could go a long way. But that wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
