If you are looking for a secluded vacation rental, this is the place for you! Bring your own boat or hire one of our local charters and enjoy a summer vacation on the water! After a beautiful day on the water, you will have a secluded place to unwind and enjoy your time with family and friends. This cozy beach cottage is newly built in 2020. The upper deck is the main living area with a covered wrap around porch. The downstairs area is fully screened in, and has a full bathroom complete with a keg urinal, toilet, shower and vanity, washer & dryer plus a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets from the upper level back porch or a short walk to Adams beach. It is just 1/4 mile away from an airboat/ kayak ramp and only 3 miles away from a public boat ramp and Keaton Beach. It is located on a secluded dead end road with no nearby neighbors! The Keaton Beach area is known to be one of the best places on the beautiful Gulf coast for scalloping, red fish, trout and red snapper fishing. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, this area is a hidden gem that does not disappoint! It is a low key area with all locally owned stores and restaurants. We provide all household essentials, bed linens, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cook top, and a tabletop air fryer for baking, etc. Please note there is no microwave! There is a refrigerator, gas range, and gas grill downstairs. Propane is provided. So pack your bags and come enjoy a relaxing visit to the beautiful Gulf coast of Florida!

Beach Cottage Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I went with another couple and it was just perfect. The sunset was beautiful to watch, and it was so peaceful to be able to sit on the porch and drink my coffee. Communication with our host was so easy, as she was just a text away at ALL times. Definitely going to book again in the future.

Spectacular , everything you could want and then some!

It's nestled back away from the boat ramp and is conveniently located close to a local store. The store has a little market, a kitchen that serves fresh food, gas & ice. There's deer in the area too. We saw 2 small fawns with their mom on the way out in the morning.

This property helps disconnect from life and reconnect with family. Adam's Beach is a 5 minute walk away with the most beautiful sunsets. Reconnect with family and nature, while playing games upstairs or downstairs. This property provides all the essentials with high-end finishes. The downstairs/upstairs set up provides refrigerators on both levels to amplify the indoor/outdoor experience. We loved it was animal friendly. We will definitely revisit this property again 😎

A great, dog friendly place to cool off during scallop season!

Located just 10 minutes from Dekle beach and a 5-minute walk to the ocean - this house was perfect for my family and I to enjoy a small getaway before scallop season was over. The house itself was clean, cool and plenty spacious enough for my partner and I plus my sister and her two little ones. The hosts were very accommodating to our furry friend as well. The house has a great entertaining area downstairs near the outside wash station making cleaning fish and scallops a breeze. DEFINITELY bring bug spray! The mosquitos were bad but the deerflies were AWFUL. Do your research on preventatives for deerflies - everyday bug sprays do not work on them!

Adorable getaway!

This little secluded cabin is absolutely adorable! Very cozy and perfectly decorated! Just what we needed to rest after long days at the crab festival in Steinhatchee. Kathy was very attentive to our needs, and very easy to communicate with. And she stocked the cabin with all the “in case you forget” items which was great because we did forget!! We didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a little misc food, coffee, waters, and even pop cycles in the freezer! Only negative thing I can say is the Wi-Fi signal on the bedroom tv is nonexistent. We gave up trying to watch a movie. Probably a good thing though. We needed to sleep.
