Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Le propriétaire a oublié mon arrivée et était à l’étranger. C’étais sur un week-end événementiel dans le centre-ville d’Angoulême. Plus d’hébergements disponibles à un prix raisonnable et je n’ai reçu qu’une aide téléphonique pour un relogement. J’étais à 6 heures de chez moi. Résultat : une note d’hôtel à 440 au lieu des 143 payé en Mai.Un propriétaire très désagréable au téléphone et pas concernée par sa "boulette". Abritel m’a affirmé que je serais remboursé à hauteur de mes dépenses mais dans le mail reçu par la suite ça ne semble pas être le cas.Dossier en cours...
