This luxurious home is a fantastic romantic retreat for two as well as a gathering place for special friends. This property has it all!

This home is a combination of luxury and elegance. Situated in a perfect location - less than a three block (5 minute) stroll to the world famous El Paseo where you can walk to high end, boutique shops and amazing restaurants. This is one of the things our guests love most. The house has a spacious sprawling floor plan with 5 deluxe Master Suites. Completely walled for privacy and enclosed by mature ficus trees - Staying here is like vacationing at your own private resort. One step inside the front door and you will know you made the right choice. THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES This estate home features include a gorgeous free form pool with integrated waterfall spa and a poolside Conversation area with al fresco dining space. You'll also find an additional outdoor seating area centered on a custom fire feature. There are fruit trees and a hard-lined gas barbecue station - so you'll never have to worry about the tank running out. Shade umbrellas and 6 chaise chairs dot the perimeter of the pool offering the perfect combination of full sun and shaded areas. There is something very special about this home, It is the type of desert paradise guests return to year after year.
INDOOR SPACES:
There is an easy elegance about this home. Impressive high ceilings and a soothing color palette, comfortable designer furnishings, beautiful artwork and six flat screen televisions for hours of binge-watching pleasure. At the center of it all is the huge open well-stocked chef's kitchen that has been carefully space planned for group meal prep. This is the perfect holiday home - well suited for long weekends, week-long stays, by the month or by the season.
SLEEPING QUARTERS:
Like a specialty boutique hotel, all five sleeping quarters are beautifully decorated and feature hospitality-quality mattresses (you will never want to get out of these beds!), flat screen televisions, and ample storage. The west Wing is spectacular - featuring three King Master Suites, one of which has direct pool access- each of the suites has it’s own private bathroom. The East wing has the fourth master bedroom suite. It has direct pool access, a private en suite bath , and large walk in closet. The casita has direct access to the pool
The home is centrally located in the heart of Palm Desert just three blocks from the famed El Paseo drive -- Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all within walking distance. There are Casinos, Golf courses and public tennis courts close by. You'll be just minutes from movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues. You'll even find grocery stores, burger joints, sandwich shops and every other convenience imaginable, all within a half mile from this gorgeous property. We would love to have you stay with us. Had every amenity you could ever need! Very close to all the best shopping and restaurants. Property was clean easy check in experience and great communication with property manager / owner. Was in town for a wedding and the spacious house enabler everyone to spread out and really enjoyed the hot tub pool!

The most amazing house in the perfect location. How wonderful to all get an en suite bathroom and a king size bed. No arguing over room. My husband and I, and our adult children and spouses, and 1 grandbaby all stayed very comfortably in Debbie’s very private home. We loved each bedroom having a comfortable king bed and separate bathroom. The large kitchen accommodated all of our chaos, and the grill was nice. We used the pool and spa often. It was wonderful to be so close to El Paseo, and we walked to dinner at a large variety of restaurants. Joshua Tree National Park was an easy drive. The owner, Debbie, is a genuinely nice person and really goes out of her way to provide an easy, comfortable, luxurious stay. Highly recommend.

Debbie was a wonderful host and her house was exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were all appointed with comfortable king beds. The outdoor space was fantastic. The pool and hot tub, outdoor fireplace and grill were great amenities and there was plenty of seating. The kitchen was very well appointed and accommodating for anything we wanted to cook or serve. The location of the home is in close proximity (walking distance) to many shops and restaurants and the Living Zoo and Palm Desert Community Park were very close drives. Debbie was very responsive when I had any questions. Thank you for opening up your house to us. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is beyond our expectations. Very nice home with all the amenities you would ever needs. Home owner and her team where there for anything thing we needed. I would stay here again anytime. 2 very large master suites and 2 other large on suite bedrooms with all very comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need to make your self at home.

Spectacular home

We're rented this spectacular Palm Desert home 5 or 6 times and it is as good as it gets. The house is beautifully maintained, the kitchen is superb, the linens like silk and the location is perfect. It is close to shopping, golf, restaurants, and theater. Debbie, the owner, is the best. The only problem we had is that we couldn't figure out all of the gadgets and gizmos to turn the TV's on, but Manny came over within half an hour and solved the problem. We've already made plans for next year!

Private Desert Pool getaway

We just needed a place to hit the sun and enjoy an unplug before the holidays. Home is as shown and very clean. Check in process easy and any hiccups are just a text away to being resolved. Make sure to set aside a few days just in the private back yard going from pool to jacuzzi to splash deck and repeat.... Food choices are abundant too if you don’t want to cook, but the kitchen is beautiful so we did most of the time. Location- weather- house... you can’t go wrong. Montana Freemans

Joshua tree house is perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here this weekend. Me being a chef the kitchen is perfect to a T. The house is amazing in every way. The pool is out of this world. Summer staycation

This was the perfect summer vacation for my kids this year. I was afraid to take them anywhere due to COVID so decided on renting a house so they get a feel of being on vacation. I was so pleasantly surprised by how excited they were upon seeing the house and pool. The house is kept in great condition with all the amenities you could think of needing. My kids swam, we grilled food, we watched movies, and played games. It was relaxing and fun just the way a vacation should be! Would definitely rent this property again! Property managers were easy to communicate with and very nice. Check in and check out was made contactless and very simple.

Such a GREAT house!

From the very start, communication with Louisa Davis was so easy... she is extremely prompt in responding to questions. This remained the same before and during our stay. So very much appreciated this! This house is the nicest I have ever experienced. It was the first time a property is EXACTLY "as advertised"...And, SO well stocked with kitchen items, pool towels, etc. We were in want of nothing!. There were 8 ladies, and we were all together when we wanted, or each had our own space when we wanted. Just perfect. I would most definitely reserve this house for future large groups. It was a wonderful experience all the way around. Many thanks to Louisa!

Great blouse

The kitchen had everything...great dishes and all kinds of tools. Such a nice surprise. We used to rent another house year after year But decided to change things up. We are so glad we did. We will be back next year!

There was no question we had to buy our own little part of Paradise. We hope you will enjoy the desert life as much as we do and want you to have a fantastic time here in the desert.

We have been visiting for the past 25 years to enjoy the desert climate. We chose this location for it's proximity to El Paseo the shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Due to the large lot it is perfect to enjoy the outdoor living. Its like your own personal resort.
